DUNNATHLETIX is a sport-specific training company designed to focus on an athlete's speed, acceleration, foot quickness, agility, balance, explosion, core, technique, resistance, strength, power, weight, flexibility, mobility, stability, and conditioning. DUNNATHLETIX helps improve the athlete's endurance through phase training (conditioning /hypertrophy, speed and strength development, and peak week) which improves the anaerobic system of an athlete and causes an enhancement in the Slow and Fast twitch muscles. DUNNATHLETIX designs and programs exercises based on whether an athlete is in season or off-season. No matter what sport the athlete has played or is playing, DUNNATHLETIX will focus on the athlete's skill set and customize a program accordingly. DUNNATHLETIX Coaches have been taught to properly assess every athlete from the first meeting to the last session, with the intent to learn the individual's strengths and weaknesses to get max results. DUNNATHLETIX keeps the athlete motivated through single or team drills, provides a greater level of Athletic training expertise, and holds the athlete accountable to stick to the plan we design to see optimum results. Most programs are focused on the first and final step, taking for granted the work that needs to be done in between those steps. DUNNATHLETIX strives to be better than we are today. Sports Specific Training increases each athlete's overall Strength and Conditioning from entry level Athletes to Elite performing High School, Collegiate and Professional Athlete. DUNNATHLETIX designs specialized individual, group and team programs that enhances an Athletes Agility, Speed, Strength and Explosion which is necessary to safely and effectively propel each Athlete to the next level.
